Bonjour,
le problème que vous rencontrez avec TOWeb V14 (ou V13) est peut être lié aux personnalisations de votre thème Windows ou configuration Windows. Afin de vérifier cela effectuez la procédure suivante
1) fermez TOWeb 14 (ou 13) s'il est ouvert
2) avec le bloc-notes de Windows (ou tout autre éditeur de fichiers textes) ouvrez le fichier "TOWeb.ini" situé dans votre répertoire: C:\ProgramData\Lauyan\TOWeb V14 (ou V13)
(attention: répertoire "ProgramData" et non pas "Program Files")
3) puis dans ce fichier, après la ligne "[General]" ajoutez une nouvelle ligne contenant juste "StyleManager=0" (sans les double guillemets) afin d'obtenir donc un début de fichier comme celui-ci:
[General]
StyleManager=0
4) enregistrez ensuite les modifications apportées dans "TOWeb.ini" avant de quitter le bloc-notes
5) puis démarrez TOWeb 14 (ou TOWeb 13). Celui-ci s'affichera alors sans thème, d'une manière moins jolie (c'est normal)
Après avoir effectué cela, utilisez TOWeb quelques temps et puis indiquez-nous ici si cela fait disparaitre les problèmes rencontrés
Remarque: en désactivant ainsi le StyleManager de TOWeb les styles de votre thème Windows ne seront plus utilisés ce qui signifie que l'interface utilisateur de TOWeb pourra donc s'afficher avec des couleurs non homogènes voire étranges mais qui ne devraient nuire ni à la lisibilité ni à l'utilisation du logiciel.

the problem you're experiencing with TOWeb V14 (or V13) may be related to your Windows theme customizations or Windows configuration. To check this and correct it, perform the following procedure:
1) Close TOWeb 14 (or 13) if it is open.
2) Using Windows Notepad (or any other text file editor), open the "TOWeb.ini" file located in your directory:

5) Then start TOWeb 14 (or 13). It will then display without any Windows theme color, in a less attractive way (this is normal), but should normally remain perfectly stable.
After doing this, use TOWeb for a while and then let us know if this resolves the problems encountered.
Note: By disabling the TOWeb StyleManager, the styles of your Windows theme will no longer be used, which means that the TOWeb user interface may be displayed with non-uniform or even strange colors, but these should not affect the readability or use of the software.
