Hi, I have a specific problem I can't seem to solve with the new booking system.

Set up for a vets practice. Here a fictive example:
Normally a appointment would be 1x30 mins.
Extended appointment would be 2x30 mins
Super extended would be 3x30 mins
Allow clients to book an appointment for any one of these three choices depending on their needs.

I set up a test system with 30 min time slots.
Only one vet is available in one surgery in the company.
I can't see how a client can reserve (be presented with a choice of) 1x30, 2x30 or 3x30 min appointments.
They only get presented with a single 30 min appointment.

Am I missing some logic here?

Hello.
I don't see a way to select different appointment durations as you wish.

The only way is to uncheck the "Show slot duration" box in the Settings tab. Then you can manually set the appointment times for the days you want in the Schedule tab.
You need to specify the days and corresponding durations for your customers on your website.

The images are not translated; I am French. This is just one example, of course.

I see what you indicate. Yet it does not solve my problem.
If I set up a system with time slots every 30 mins... On any day, I'd like a prospective visitor to choose one, two, three, four or more contiguous sessions.
At a hair dressers a haircut might take 30 mins but a wash, dry and haircut (2x30) 60 mins, and a hair colouring/bleaching (3x 30) 90 mins.

The booking system, as far as I see, will not allow for block booking of 'time sessions' Seems to me to be a basic function of a booking system.

Yes, all the time slots are fixed. If someone wants an appointment of varying length, they must book as many appointments as needed. That's the only solution in this case.

frangin62 Yes, I see that. Well, maybe Lauyan can be prompted to make this available in an update. It seems to me that it's not a massive design change. Should I write to them?
