Please can someone help
I have been receiving phone calls from customers who cannot complete orders on my website, and therefore I never receive an e-mail confirmation. All has worked well since about 5 days ago. Now when someone tries to place an order the following message pops up on the final page 'An error (O2M_403 - Forbidden) occurred during validation of your order'.
I have run a PHP test and all I-services seem to working!
