Where/How to Add Side Border?

I'm a relative new TOWeb user and I have a quick question about how to duplicate the side border (using a background image) I created on this website. See the following illustration of my question.

Unfortunately, I don't remember where/how I added this border, and when I saved this theme to import it to the new site where I want to duplicate the border, the border was not included in the theme import.

Any help and feedback will be genuinely appreciated.

I'm pleased to report that I finally figured out how I set this side margin/border/frame.
I'll post the screenshot below, in case this might be helpful to others:

Thank you for the feedback.
You should know that some values are predefined in the theme of the site template library. Putting 0 or another value in the margins or other Box parameters overrides these default values.
