I am having the same problem. The issue seems to have happened around the end of August. PayPal version 2 was enabled, and everything was working great. Now, this strange error message is popping up with the transaction actually completing. I tried removing PayPal as a payment option and reentering it again as a new payment type, but the problem remains. Anyone have any ideas about what might be happening?
